Tommy is growing and changing so quickly now. I've been trying to teach him the sign for "more" for months now, and he finally recently started doing it. He signs it in his own way, though, with his finger on his right hand poking the palm of his left hand, like in the picture above. It is so cute, and he lets us know when he wants more food by signing it. But only if he's in a good mood. Otherwise, he just fusses until we give him what he wants.
Could those eyes be any more blue?
Another one of Tommy's new tricks is pulling up to stand. Back when I took him in for his 9 month check-up (he was actually closer to 10 or 11 months), the doctor was a little concerned that he wasn't pulling up to stand yet because that is a major milestone, so he thought it would be good for him to have a physical therapy evaluation. So I took him to see the physical therapist, and just as I expected, there was nothing wrong. He had just barely started crawling within the week before the physical therapy eval, so she was able to observe his crawling, which was great. He's just taking his time, as all our boys have done. But, he has now started pulling himself up on lots of things, and he seems quite proud of himself. :)

signing "milk"
spitting
saying "hi", "daddy", "didee" (kitty), "dah!" (dog), and cat sounds
refusing to say "mommy"
playing in Bonny's food and water dishes
trying to plug stuff into outlets (yikes!)
crawling back and forth over the beam under the table Mike built
crawling super fast and being sneaky like a ninja.
He is into everything and keeps us on our toes, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
