Our Adventures in California

Welcome to...Not a totally clear sky, but believe me, this was very sunny compared to Fort Lewis. This was coming over the Cajon pass before entering the LA valley.

Avary had so much fun with her cousins! I was so happy she had a chance to play with them. Disneyland was a blast! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma!

We had a chance to see a lot of Mike's relatives. We had a nice family get together at Mike's Great Grandma Ruth's house. We got to see aunts, uncles, grandmothers, cousins, etc. We finally got to meet Emma and Chloe, who are Mike's cousin Heidi's kids. Thanks for the gifts and the playtime guys! We don't have a lot of pictures from this get-together. I wasn't too worried about taking them because other people were taking tons! So for now I can't put many pictures on here. But we did get a couple with Great Grandma Ruth, which we will always treasure.

There is a fun place down by the Rose Bowl in Pasadena called the Kidspace Children's Museum. The kids had a great time there! Avary climbed to the top of the raindrop climbing tower at least 3 times, and she also climbed another one that looked like it was made of leaves, but we didn't get a picture of it. Those towers were really cool. Even Mike and I thought they were fun!

Thanks to all of our California family and friends. We were so glad we got to spend so much time with Grandpa and Grandma, as well as see Aunt Andi and all the Coltons! It was great to see other relatives and friends that we haven't seen in awhile too. Thank you all again for helping to make it such a special trip! We love you all!
